Refund Policy

TPNx Refund Policy: The attendee may request to cancel their ticket for a full refund, up to two weeks before the date of your scheduled attendance of TPNx. Cancellations within two weeks of the date of your scheduled TPNx attendance may be donated or transferred to another attendee at no charge, and time permitting by TPNx staff members. Please message heyguys@thepilotnetwork.com to begin the aforementioned process. Refunds will be determined and processed on a case-by-case basis in the event of life circumstance, event, or illness preventing the attendee from attending TPNx. Transfers from one date of TPNx to another (i.e. switching from the 19th of April to the 20th of April) will be made on a case-by-case basis and time permitting by TPNx staff members. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the attendee's TPNx attendance date may not receive a refund nor a transfer, outside of extenuating circumstances and may not be processed up to 60 days after TPNx completion. Upon TPNx ticket purchase, the purchaser/attendee agrees to these terms.
